Our approach
We trade electricity and natural gas across Europe’s principal trading venues and in bilateral over-the-counter markets — providing liquidity, capturing cross-border arbitrage, and supporting price formation from year-ahead contracts to real-time intraday adjustments.
Real-time market intelligence, disciplined risk controls and our proprietary ETRM platform support measurable value for industrial offtakers, generators and aggregators — from scheduling and balancing coordination to bespoke structured contracts. Formal BRP responsibility remains with the relevant contracted partner.
From Zug, we combine Swiss governance standards with direct and indirect, licensed access to Central European electricity and gas markets through wholly owned group companies in four jurisdictions.
SANIA Power AG was profitable in every financial year from 2017 through 2025 and, based on preliminary internal management information as at 27 July 2026, has remained profitable in 2026 year to date, including through the market dislocation of 2020–2022 — reflecting controlled, repeatable value creation rather than speculative position-building.

SANIA Power AG was established in February 2015 and has been headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, since 2020 — one of Europe’s most important centres for energy and commodity trading.
As the parent company of the SANIA Group, we direct the commercial strategy, financial oversight and technological development of a five-entity platform active across the European energy landscape.
We approach energy trading as a discipline rather than a transactional business. Every commercial decision is grounded in advance risk assessment, margin analysis and structured commercial principles.
