Office hours. Our trading desk operates in alignment with European energy market sessions; general office and administrative correspondence is handled Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST). Outside these hours, the Zug office can be reached by email, with substantive responses provided on the following working day.

Visiting our offices
Our Zug headquarters is located on Baarerstrasse, a short walk from Zug railway station, with frequent direct train connections from Zürich (approximately 25 minutes) and Lucerne (approximately 20 minutes). Visitors are welcome by prior appointment; please contact us in advance to arrange a meeting, and we will confirm the practical details by return.

Founded in 2015, the company is the parent of the SANIA Group: five entities across four European jurisdictions, with a team of fifteen professionals.
